Refund Policy for SimplifyTech

1. Scope and Application

1.1 This Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all services provided by SimplifyTech.in ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") to its clients ("Client", "you", or "your").

2. Refund Requests

2.1 All refund requests shall be subject to the sole and absolute discretion of SimplifyTech.in.

2.2 Refund requests must be submitted in writing to harshit@simplifytech.in within thirty (30) calendar days of project completion or termination.

3. Evaluation Criteria

3.1 SimplifyTech.in shall evaluate refund requests based on, but not limited to, the following factors:

• Stage of project completion
• Resources allocated and utilized
• Adherence to project specifications
• Client cooperation and communication

4. Non-Refundable Items

4.1 The following items shall be considered non-refundable under all circumstances:

• Initial consultation fees
• Project setup costs
• Any third-party expenses incurred on behalf of the Client

5. Partial Refunds

5.1 SimplifyTech.in reserves the right to offer partial refunds at its discretion, based on the proportion of work completed and resources expended.

6. Refund Processing

6.1 Approved refunds shall be processed within ten (10) business days of approval.

6.2 Refunds shall be issued using the original payment method, where feasible. SimplifyTech.in reserves the right to use alternative refund methods if necessary.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1 In the event of a dispute regarding a refund decision, the Client agrees to engage in good-faith mediation or arbitration as specified in the Company's Terms of Service before pursuing any legal action.

8. Amendments

8.1 SimplifyTech.in reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated Policy will be effective upon posting on our website.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 SimplifyTech.in's liability with respect to any refund shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the services in question.

10. Governing Law

10.1 This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Final Authority

11.1 SimplifyTech.in retains the sole and absolute discretion in all matters related to refund decisions. All determinations made by SimplifyTech.in under this Policy shall be final and binding.
