The brief

A SimplifyTech.in product for society redevelopment. Members log in securely, review their flat's area details, understand the financial calculations, open their documents and give approvals in one place. Committees run it all from a web admin panel.

Redevelopment is the biggest financial decision most housing-society members ever make, yet it usually runs on spreadsheets, WhatsApp forwards and photocopied notices. Members can't easily see how their new area was worked out or what they will pay, and committees spend weeks answering the same questions flat by flat.

Redevelopment Studio gives every member a private, always-current view of their own flat: the old MHADA-certified area, eligibility, the area they selected, the additional purchase under MOFA and its RERA equivalent, and a consideration that breaks down GST, stamp duty and registration line by line. They can approve with one tap or raise a change request with remarks and attachments, and the conversation stays in a thread both sides can see.

Behind it, a web admin panel lets the committee and its consultants import the master sheet from CSV, keep flat inventory and allotments in sync, publish society documents, schedule meetings and reach members on WhatsApp and push. Every edit is logged, and reports print straight from the browser.

It is live with a Mumbai housing society, where 358+ members use it to review and approve their redevelopment details.
